Consumer interaction – is a very important and interesting process, which requires attention and knowledge about the packaging industry, about trends and tendencies on food market and specificity of our clients’ products. Individual and flexible customer approach is our particularity. We try to offer a packaging that will fit the packaged product.

Effective sales development involves consolidation of company's position within existing segments of the market, building relationships with new business partners as well as determination to deal with market challenges, and to meet clients’ requirements. That demands continuous sales strategies development and training of new specialists. My job is to ensure comprehensive implementation of these aspects in all areas of activity within our company and for our partners.

These standards include control of raw materials, technological processes, finished packaging and business-processes and procedures. Quality control director is responsible for the company to run like clockwork. Every employee should know his functions, about his contribution to business results and his role in achieving the goals of the company.
